Get Tight Takeover | Get Tight Lounge

An intimate genre-bending experience blending house, acid jazz, alternative rock, and contemporary urban soul. Featuring Museum District, CHRISTIAN, and Shera Shi, the night moves as a continuous set, with each artist building on the last to create a cohesive, emotionally driven flow.

ANNELIESE blends deep house, funk, jazz, disco, and groove-driven rhythms that set the room in motion. CHRISTIAN moves through contemporary urban soul, introspective and vocal-forward, grounded in warm, minimal production. Shera Shi anchors the night with bluesy, alternative-rock guitar that's driven and emotionally direct. The evening closes with Acid's Groove, a DJ set rooted in soulful house, acid jazz, and deep house.

The BDIS26 Summit Block Party

Headlined by The Main Squeeze, with Hot Like Mars

The Summit closes with a block party built around live music, neighborhood energy, and a celebration of everything the three days have set in motion. Time, venue, and ticketing details to follow.

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

An Evening with Jonathan Paige Brown Jr. and Isaac Friend | Vasen Brewing (Scott's Addition)

An intimate, story-driven night of music, craft, and atmosphere inside the barrel room at Vasen Brewing Company. Jonathan Paige Brown, Jr. and Isaac Friend take the stage for a stripped-down song-swap set rooted in folk, Americana, and Southern Gothic. The two will trade songs, guitars, and the stories behind their music in a raw back-and-forth format that blurs the line between performance and conversation. The setting is as intentional as the sound. Guests move through the working fermentation space before arriving in a hidden barrel room for an immersive close-range listening experience.

The evening is layered with live music on the theremin by Caroline Scruggs, with her cyanotype prints displayed throughout the room, adding a visual narrative in real time. The theremin and cyanotype together are brilliant harmonic showcases of art created with light and air, tied together by roots music. The evening is hosted by Freight Train Management, known for curating thoughtful, culture-forward experiences.

A quiet, intentional gathering built around music, process, and connection.

6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Ant the Symbol & Friends | Common House Rooftop

An immersive, genre-bending, album-forward experience blending hip-hop, electronic, downtempo, indie rock, alternative rock, and soul led by Grammy award-winning producer Ant The Symbol. The evening will also feature guest collaborations.

9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Rebuild the Algorithm. | Bingo Beer Co.

A live, DJ-driven music experience where discovery happens in real time, built around artists, guided by taste, and shared in the room.

Blending DJ curation with live performance, Rebuild the Algorithm transforms music discovery into a collective experience. The focus of this experience is to create nonlinear sonic cohesion with adjacent feels from alternate genres. Though the live performances are centered on R&B and soul, the two DJs act as a human algorithm, crafting immersive sonic worlds around three featured Richmond artists, Mia Broadberry, Sir Rome, and Ronnie Luxe. The result is multigenre sonic exploration, enabling the audience to find new loves from off-the-beaten-path sources.

Select moments from each set will be released as curated playlists post-show, extending the experience beyond the room. Guests can also expect live remix elements within each set, along with food and beverage specials throughout the night.
