Previously, Sarah managed vendor relationships and digital payment platforms like Zelle at Capital One, and led development programs across Africa and Asia with Winrock International and Chemonics. She began her career as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand.

Sarah holds a Master’s in Development Practice from Emory University and a B.A. from Rhodes College. She completed the Fintech Professional Studies program at Harvard Business School in February 2025 and serves on the Board of Directors for the Better Housing Coalition. A lifelong lover of the outdoors, she’s proud to have earned the title of Master Hiker by hiking every state park in Virginia.
