Ryan has been in the financial services space for 13 years. After getting a solid grounding in analytics and risk management at Capital One, he began his startup journey in Atlanta, at GreenSky, where he oversaw the credit and collections strategy.  He subsequently moved onto oversee with risk at LendingUSA for several years before joining Cherry Technologies as the Head of Risk and employee #12. At Cherry, originations grew 1500x over three years during Ryan's tenure, and the company achieved more than 50% market share in the medical spa space. Most recently, Ryan has been serving as the co-founder and Chief Risk Officer of Thrive Financial, a home improvement-focused point-of-sale lending platform.
