Noopur is the Director- Governance, Assistant Corporate Secretary and Managing Counsel for Dominion Energy, where she works with the Corporate Secretary in ensuring effective corporate governance for Dominion Energy, focusing on supporting the Board of Directors and senior management by managing governance processes, Board and Committee operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, Noopur has held roles in the Law Department, Investor Relations and Environmental and Sustainability at the company. Noopur joined Dominion in 2017 after spending a number of years in the New York offices of Jones Day and Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe LLP and the Richmond office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, focusing on project finance, energy, banking and lending and public-private partnerships.

Noopur holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD/MBA from Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School and serves on the board of the YWCA of Richmond.
