Molly Parker is vice president–Corporate Communications at Dominion Energy.

She is responsible for corporate media strategy, corporate branding, advertising, the company’s philanthropic efforts, and communications to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Parker joined Dominion Energy in 2007 in public policy. She supported the Alternative Energy Solutions group from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, she joined the Federal Affairs group and was responsible for supporting the development and advocacy of the company’s policy positions. In

2019, Parker was named Director–Environmental Services. In August 2023, she was promoted to Vice President–Environmental and Sustainability. She assumed her current position in August 2025.

She serves on the Board of Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Parker attended Virginia Tech, where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in environmental policy and planning. She earned a master’s degree in environmental studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a graduate of LEAD Virginia’s Class of 2017.
