Mark Lambert has been at the forefront of visual and spatial technology for 40 years. He previously headed large visual development divisions at Sony Pictures Imageworks, leading the computer graphics teams responsible for building the iconic worlds of Harry Potter, The Chronicles of Narnia, and The Polar Express.

Today, Mark is a Co-Founder and COO of Lighthouse XR, where he applies those cinematic world-building skills to healthcare. As the Creative Director of The Retreat, he is leading the development of a VR-based program for Substance Use Disorder that is being deployed across the Veterans Health Administration to increase patient engagement and treatment completion. Motivated by family lived experience with the impact of substance use disorder on loved ones, Mark is dedicated to proving that immersive, evidence-based technology can fundamentally transform the path to recovery.
