Kelli E. Palmer, Ph.D.
Global Vice President of Employee Experience, TELUS Digital Solutions
AI-Enabled Workforce Transformation & Enterprise Leadership
Kelli E. Palmer is a strategic enterprise executive with firsthand experience leading workforce transformation at the intersection of people, operations, and artificial intelligence. As Global Vice President of Employee Experience at TELUS Digital Solutions — a global leader in data, technology, and intelligence solutions advancing frontier AI — Kelli operated at the forefront of the evolving relationship between human capability and AI-enabled performance.
In this role, Kelli was part of the senior leadership team driving the workforce integration of FuelIX Agent Trainer, TELUS Digital’s proprietary AI platform designed to accelerate the development of customer experience agents through AI-powered voice and chat roleplay, customizable simulations, automated performance evaluation, and real-time feedback loops. Operating in a multinational context across multiple geographies and cultures, she contributed to the complex organizational work of embedding AI-enabled learning into the workforce at scale — reimagining how organizations develop talent, build proficiency, and measure performance in environments where AI and human capability operate in tandem.
This work was built on a foundation established during her tenure at WillowTree, a technology design and consulting firm serving Fortune 500 clients, where she shaped the employee experience and organizational infrastructure for a company whose core business was building the digital and AI-enabled products transforming how enterprises operate. Living inside a technology product company gave Kelli a practitioner’s fluency in how AI capabilities are built, deployed, and scaled — and what it takes to develop the human organizations that support them.
Kelli brings this experience to her advisory practice, The IDEA Minds, where she partners with organizations navigating the organizational and talent implications of AI adoption — helping leaders think clearly about workforce evolution, capability development, and the cultural conditions that allow people and technology to perform together at their best.
