Corey Harris leads Veritas Global Law PLLC, a boutique law firm, and was formerly an Associate with Proskauer Rose LLP, a global law firm, in their premiere private investment fund practice based in Boston, MA and also with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Washington, DC. Mr. Harris previously served as General Counsel to Tokyo, Japan based SYNQA Co. Ltd., a diversified payment processor with operations in Tokyo, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Atlanta, Georgia.

  • Mr. Harris holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, an LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and a BA from Hampton University in Political Science with a minor in Economics and Spanish. Additionally, Mr. Harris holds a certificate in financial valuation via the Valuation Program at the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School.
