Aliyah Desautels is the founder of the award-winning startup Otterwise, a platform that helps early-career talent and startups test-drive working relationships before hiring. A 3x founder, VCU alumna, and the youngest recipient of the international Top 100 Leaders in Healthcare award, she’s spent the past few years designing solutions that make career opportunities more equitable and work more human.
